Beth Abraham Health Services is a comprehensive network of innovative, multi-faceted long-term and subacute health care programs serving the diverse needs of disabled and chronically ill adults of all ages.
All our family of programs are closely integrated. Once an individual becomes part of the Beth Abraham Health Services, we can offer progressively more independent care and living options as his or her condition improves. At the same time, we provide unrestricted access to more intensive levels of care should needs change.
Whether care is provided within one of our residential facilities or in the community, our overriding goal is to help each individual retain richness and meaning in life.
Residential Programs:
- Residential Health Care for long-term medical care and rehabilitation.
- Subacute Rehabilitation for transitioning from hospital to home.
- Stroke Unit to treat the unique problems of stroke patients.
- Subacute Medical Care as an alternative to a hospital stay.
Community Programs:
- Certified Home Health Agency for in-home nursing rehabilitation and social services.
- Adult Day Health Care for medical, rehabilitation and recreational services at health care centers.
- Comprehensive Care Management (CCM), a medical alternative to a nursing home for the frail elderly.
- Housing, offering independent living for older adults who are still hearty and active.
- The Center for Research and Education providing opportunities to develop and share results of research studies relating to chronic illness.
