Subacute Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Our inpatient rehabilitation program is comprehensive and designed for those residents whose illness or injury no longer requires the acute care services of a hospital and yet is too complex for treatment in a conventional nursing home.
Whether the length of stay is several days or several months, a personalized plan of care assures appropriate medical, therapeutic and social services at every stage of a resident’s rehabilitation.
Using innovative techniques and technology, the staff of Beth Abraham’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program provides professional expertise in brain injury rehabilitation, pain management, and post-operative recovery. Home visits and a network of community-based programs help patients and their families with a successful transition home. |
